Hi Zoe, You can only pair one Bluetooth headphone and one other Bluetooth device to the TV at the same time, but not two Bluetooth headphones at the same time. If the hearing aid uses a transmitter and will be connected to the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT, unfortunately, the TV cannot output sound from Bluetooth in-ear headphones and hearing aid at the same time.
