    • Answer Reverse them side-to-side. It will put the feet on their edges and change the angle of the legs. It raises it enough to allow the cable box and DVD player to easily fit underneath

    • Answer It has 2 HDMI 2.1 ports but 1 is dedicated to eARC for audio. So if you have both a PS5, a Series X, and an ATMOS soundbar, you'll have have to choose which device doesn't get the hdmi 2.1 connection.

Organic LED displays (OLED) may experience image retention if an image is continuously displayed for a long period of time or the same image is repeatedly displayed. This is due to the characteristics of the materials used to achieve high-definition imaging. To protect your TV screen, avoid using images that may cause image retention. The good news is that we have steps to protect the TV screen from image retention like Pixel Shift and Panel Refresh found within the TV settings just to name a few.   • QuestionCan you record OTA TV channels? Did the new ATSC 3.0 help improve signal? Does the OTA channel guide (if it exists) let you schedule recordings? Can you do this without internet? How much internal storage on TV? Can you record OTA TV to a USB drive?

    • Answer Hi frood, Thank you for the inquiry. The on-board storage of the A90J is 16GB. The ATSC/NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0) is built-in on the XR A90J series TVs. You do not need an internet connection to use the tuner channel. Using just your antenna and an ATSC 3.0 tuner, you'll be able to watch available stations in your location. With the ATSC/NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0), the TV improves the reception and enhanced the content of the resolutions. This TV does not support recording the Over-The-Air Channels and unable to save in the USB drive.   • QuestionI have a Sony XR A9OJ series TV with built-in ATSC tuner. I use a coax cable from my outdoors HD antenna... to the coax input on the back of the TV. how do I know if I'm getting 3.0? thanks

When an ATSC 3.0 broadcast is detected during the Auto-Program process, whether it's a good signal or not, the simulcast ATSC broadcast will auto-hide. To view a hidden ATSC channel, un-hide it in Settings by pressing the Home button on your supplied remote, and then select gear icon Settings → Channels and Inputs → Cable Antenna → Show Hide Channels.     • Answer Theres 4 little bolts mount bracket to back of Sony TV - 12" upper to lower & 12" right to left. Bracket with TV mount on bar stand depth about 2" from back to front of screen.

  • QuestionWhen you say the distance between the legs in the soundbar position is 45 3/8 inches.....Is that from the inside of the legs or to the outside of the legs. My TV stand is 47 1/2 inches wide.

    • Answer The measurement is to the outside of the legs. It will definitely fit on your tv stand. Mine measures 44 3/8” inside to inside and 45 1/4” outside to outside. I keep mine in the soundbar position.
