I mounted the tv on the stand it comes with but the whole tv leans back. There doesn’t appear to be any way to adjust it. How do you straighten the tv? null

My TV leans FORWARD on the stand that came with the TV. I get the feeling that it could tip over. It's weird. I will order a new stand. Not what I had expected to have to do.

I use a piece of 1/2" by 1" wood just over the width of the stand. Sanded and painted glossy black.
