“Will this stereo work with my rear roof mounted stock dvd player in my 03 ford expedition?. Someone installed an aftermarket stereo and we can't use the rear dvd and the rear temp controls now.”

Hi Hydro I am not sure I just replaced my Stock stereo in my Honda Element, I know this has tons of features but I really bought it for Carplay. It works great! It boots up really fast and recognizes my iPhone immediately. Good Luck!
