Two questions really,
1st: with the apple car play does it only work when your phone is plugged in to the USB or can it connect with blue tooth
2nd: can i connect a subwoofer to this receiver, like does it have the inputs and outputs in the back? null

CarPlay works when plugged into USB.

Subwoofer & Amp are easily connected thru plugs in rear of unit and sound great!!

Hi, fareswheel11! The Apple CarPlay function is only designed via USB connection. The unit has a port for connecting a subwoofer. Please refer to page 27 of this link:
