If you use your current head unit as the hands free interface then the new head unit would just take it’s place and you would have the same hands free functionality. If the hands free capability is built into your Jeep independent of your current head unit I would recommend having Bestbuy install the head unit

A:Answeryes, but you'll likely have to get a 3rd party matching faceplate with all the harnesses, adapters, & connectors. Best Buy helped me locate the ones for mine, and then helped me find where the controls are now with the new replacement controls
