You should check the “will this fit my car” section on Best Buy or another website to validate that. Every vehicle is different. It may or may not require an installation kit, it may or may not require slight modifications to the dash. In a 2003 Mazda B4000 truck, it required a small amount of the dash panel to be trimmed/widened to allow installation kits “locking tabs to secure the radio” to slide into the pocket.
