Does kd60x690e TV works with 240V 50Hzs? null

The user manual did mention 120-240VAC but didn't indicate the frequency. However, I won't buy this TV unless your have HD channel. My 12 years old DLP has better picture quality than this on regular channel. It forced me to upgrade my comcast service to HD for additional $20 more. In HD channel this TV is a have good quality picture otherwise the picture quality is extremely poor.
