A:AnswerMy 60” Bravia had a connectivity issue with WiFi as well. Sony customer support said that the software was not up to date and after many attempts the TV would not allow an update to be installed. I ended up having to get the TV replaced. You should call customer support to see if it’s under warranty. They might be able to replace it with a refurbished one.

A:AnswerThis SONY tv has been the worst I have bought in the last 15 Years. I've had problems with the HDMIs and also with the internet connection, it happens very often. It sometimes also turns off on me!
