Q: QuestionIf I plug headphones into the 3.5mm audio out jack in the back of the tv, does it cut off the sound to the main tv speakers? Or in other words, is there any way to get sound out to the 3.5mm audio jack and the TV speakers at the same time?

Q: QuestionI too can not enable playback of netflix in 4k , it does not show 4k content on the app or when I use my amazon box in the hdmi 2 or 3 . Also can not enable 4k master ??? Is the really a 4k tv ?

• A:Answer I'm not an expert but Netflix never asked us if we wanted to upgrade our account to "4k" when we got the 690. It may be 4k but not as far as Netflix is concerned, and it is definitely not an HDR television. We took the 690 back and bought the X850E and as soon as we connected to our Netflix account it asked if we wanted upgrade to "4k". For what it's worth the 850 is a much nicer TV over the 690 and worth the extra money,,,, and no "Judder" issues watching Netflix like the 690.
