Hello, thank you for your message. The image on the TV may not display clearly depending on the resolution being output by any device hooked up. If the resolution played from an external device has a low quality, the image on the TV screen may appear blurry or pixelated. Make sure that the device connected has the capacity to output high definition image and if the image is blurry when streaming, check the internet connection.
