I used the Sanus full motion and it works great, extends up to 26 inches.

If we are talking about a VESA compliant mounting arm, then yes as long as the mount that you're using meets all the specifications for VESA and weight compliance. The XBR65A8H can be mounted to a wall using a suitable Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied) SU-WL855. Please note: The XBR65A8H supports a 300 × 300 mm VESA wall-mount hole pattern. And please refer to your wall-mount bracket manufacturer to check for compatibility and for further assistance. -Sam
