The BRAVIA 8 operates on the Google TV OS, which means that while you cannot completely deactivate Google, you do have the option to disable certain services such as voice assistance, voice recognition, and the Google Play Store. If you prefer, you can configure the TV as a basic model that doesn't require a Google account. If there are specific apps you would like to remove, you can uninstall them.
