We prefer 5’ from the floor to center of the TV mount for a great viewing height.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s dependent on the ceiling height. But probably put the bottom of the screen roughly 4’ off the floor
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for the question, Brice! The recommended height for wall-mounted TV depends on individual preferences and seating arrangements in the viewing area. In general, the TV should be mounted with the horizontal and vertical center lines at eye-level of the viewers. You may find the following article helpful: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-oled-tvs-android-/xr-65a80k/articles/00008601 Additional information: • When mounting the TV on the wall, we recommend using only the compatible Wall-Mount Bracket SU-WL855 for this TV. • The XR-65A80K has a VESA wall-mount hole pattern of 11.81 x 11.81 inch (300 x 300 mm) and a weight of 50.7 lb (23 kg) without the TV stand. • The wall where you will install the TV should be able to accommodate the size and must have the strength to withstand four times (six times in some models) the weight of the TV to avoid any issues. • And for safety and product protection, we strongly recommend that a qualified professional perform the installation of the TV on the Wall-Mount. Hope this helps and thanks for considering Sony! Best regards, Romeo
