I found that if I have my Sony Blu-Ray on it assumes that's the only input I want to use and experienced the same thing you are. I shut off the Blu-Ray and was able to access all the other inputs. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Either clicking on down arrow on the remote, or just continue to press the 'input' select button on remote; should work. If not, your remote might be the problem. My Sony Blueray remote also operates my Sony 850e, another option. Hope this helps.
