Yes, using the included stand, my tv leans slightly backwards. Thought it was just mine. Picture still looks great and I plan to eventually hang out on the wall, so I'll leave it as is for now.

It is more of a soft plastic than a hard plastic. The next model up, which I believe it is the 900 series stands up taller.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I think that is how it comes using the stock floor/shelf mount. Get a wall mount and It will fix that if it’s an issue for you. Mine was the same way.
