“Does the Sony come with a Netflix app already installed? Or can you add it after you buy the TV? I read that Amazon was included, but I couldn't see if Netflix was also included. Thanks”

Yes. Netflix is included.

Netflix is an app that you can download after setting up the tv.

All I can say for certain that when I click on the white Netflix button on the remote a Netflix page comes up and has a box that says " Start your free month" " Sign in." At the bottom left corner it says-Questions? 1-866-579-7172. I have not gone any further than that. Go to Sony.com and find the manual for the TV. As time goes on and I am ready I will see if I can get Netflix.
