“Is there a setting or adjustment that would allow wired headphones to remain plugged in and then be able to select or toggle between TV speakers and the headphones? Very inconvenient to always have to unplug and plug in the headphones.”

Hi Mike, thank you for choosing Sony. Unfortunately, no. The TV speakers will automatically be disabled once it detects headphones connected to the TV. Regards, Carl
