I frequently pair my Samsung Galaxy Buds+ with our Sony Bravia 4K TV's. You can also get sound through attached speakers such as a Sonos soundbar but the built in Sony speakers are muted as long as the Bluetooth is enabled.

Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, no. The TV is not capable of outputting audio to both TV speakers and Bluetooth Headphones at the same time.
