Sorry WasSonyFamily and BrianCK, Jason is correct. The 950H does NOT support the full HDMI 2.1 spec. They support selected "features" of the HDMI 2.1 spec, such as eARC. Go to the Sony website and read the specifications CAREFULLY. The listed specifications say: FEATURES SPECIFIED IN HDMI2.1 eARC Still an excellent TV. Is my non-OLED choice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Patrick, Unfortunately, the X950H doesn't support HDMI 2.1. The X950H is equipped with 4 HDMI 1.3 ports that do support EARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) to allow for Hi res Audio including Dolby Atmos and DTSX which is considered an HDMI 2.1 feature. Our X900H will have full HDMI2.1. -Sam
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope, lol! Even with the new consoles coming out in Fall 2020, Sony decided to NOT include HDMI 2.1. Just get last year's model and save your money. They want you to upgrade to 8K OLED, and spend thousands of dollars just for HDMI 2.1. Shame on you Sony! This is a joke.
