It may be your cable. There is also setting that needs to be changed on you settings. Set HDMI signal format to Enhanced format. On the supplied remote, press the HOME button. Select Settings or the Gear icon icon. Select External inputs in the TV category. Select HDMI signal format and set to Enhanced format.

The Display resolution of this TV is 3840x2160. You can enjoy HDR content from an Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc™ (UHD BD) player and streaming services, enjoy higher quality Dolby Vision content, and non-HDR content is upscaled into a more realistic HDR picture automatically based on the subject. If you want to enjoy high definition 4K HDR content (Enhanced format) such as PS5, make sure to use a Premium High Speed HDMI cable which supports 18Gbps. Confirm that your TV and HDMI input support the Enhanced format. Set the input connected to the HDMI device to Enhanced format. I hope this helps! Jay
