In the meantime, please try these steps to help reduce the issue: Turn Off BRAVIA Sync: Press Quick Settings on your remote → Settings → Channels & Inputs → External Inputs → BRAVIA Sync settings → Turn OFF BRAVIA Sync control. Use a CEC-less HDMI Cable/Adapter: This prevents the TV from rebooting due to HDMI conflicts. Turn Off Samba Interactive TV: Press Quick Settings → Settings → System → Samba Interactive TV → Turn OFF. We recommend checking our support site periodically for updates regarding a software fix.
