• Sony is promising it by 4th quarter for 5 different Tv sets. Just a download like other firmware Also promising Android 7 and Google home

• Not at this time. It was promised at CES that it would, via a download at some point this year. Updating the TV is an easy process - you can do it via the internet, either wirelessly or via a wired connection. It is just a waiting game for it to be released at this point.
