• This TV does not dim while gaming in HDR (although it may if you let a static screen sit idle for 20+ minutes). If gaming in SDR, set peak luminance to medium to avoid any dimming caused by static HUDs.

• Carl, this doesn’t answer the question. I’m not talking about my the game bar and being able to adjust the brightness to see if someone is hiding in a dark corner for competitive gaming. I’m talking about the screen dimming on its own (ASBL) while gaming. Does this model, A95L, still have this issue ?

• There's no dimming when playing HDR games. It appears dimming is only triggered when playing SDR games with the Peak Luminance and Brightness set to high values. (i.e. High and Max).
