A:Answer24.5 megapixles in the a7iii. They do make the same camera with 45 megapixles, but the file size is crazy big. This camera is a challenge to learn, but well worth it. Sony hit it out of the park.
A:AnswerJust order it. Waiting for it to become "available" is a losing game. Its a high demand item so all new stock immediately gets shipped to awaiting orders.
A:AnswerTurns out the answer to this is "no". This was only listed for "online only", you can go to the store and order it if you have a coupon or something that is only good in store.
A:AnswerBad answer from Sony. I got the correct and straight forward answer from google. Sony does not provide for double exposures but Nikon, Canon and most other manufacturers do. This is a second major disappointment from Sony. Now that I know the straight answer and I know that Sony has decided to leave those of us who were long-standing Minolta-Sony customers who invested lots of money in their A mount gear, I believe it is time to abandon Sony. Cannot wait to get my new and more consumer useful gear. There will be a glut in the market soon for used Sony equipment, and for the first time, at very reasonable prices. I hope all potential new camera equipment buyers are aware of the Sony attitude.
