“I just got home with this camera and plugged the micro usb into both my laptop and wall outlet. The light above the charger is not coming on and the camera wont turn on either. Is there an issue with the camera? Why won't it charge with the micro usb cab”

• Did you make sure the cables are connected flush on either ends?
