A:AnswerI have two 6700's too and I have not experienced this problem. Have you searched the web or changed the batteries? I have only one 6700 connected to a twelve yr old Vizio with HDMI. Try contacting Sony. Sorry not much help. I bought a second was experiencing some Bluetooth problems. I play DVD's every night so they do wear out. Its got to be something in the settings but I don't know what it would be.
