• Yes, with the correct adapter, I am sure they can. It should mount in any vehicle, but it is a double din. This means it is double height of a standard radio.

• This particular unit is a double din unit which is made more for Fords, Dodge, and Chevys. What you will need is a single din unit for a better fit in your Altima.
