If you're thinking about connecting the boombox to the bluetooth speaker over bluetooth, then no. As far as I know, the boombox doesn't provide a mechanism to select output speakers over bluetooth. It's meant to be your output speaker over bluetooth. If your bose speaker has an audio in jack, then you could connect an audio cable from the headphone jack of the boombox to the audio in of your bose speaker. I have a tiny bluetooth speaker that has an audio in, so I imagine your bose speaker probably does too.

Hello Kat! The Bluetooth feature available on this unit acts as a receiver for an audio device and in order to connect your portable speaker it will be required to have a Bluetooth transmitter instead.~Jeannette
