QuestionMy iPhone won’t pair to the ZS-RS60BT, it has before but now when I try again it just keeps say “ pairing unsuccessful make sure device is turned on and in range” I did all that and won’t connect??

QuestionI'm looking for a bluetooth boom box with am-fm radio and cd player; with treble/bass. I work in a warehouse with loud machines. Can you recommend which brand I should purchase that will produce excellent sound in this environment?

- Answer I recently purchased the Sony boombox from Best Buy. We listen to it out by our pool. We use radio, Pandora and CD's to play music. It it load enough for us to hear over all the human chatter, outdoor noises and the pool filter noise running. It is small but mighty!

- Answer Yes, it records at high speed, turns the music into MP3 format, and saves it on a flash drive. Then, you can upload them to your phone or iPod. You can either record song by song or the entire CD. I did entire CD because it is a lot faster. Then, I use my computer to select the songs I like and put them together. This is the reason why I bought this machine: to convert songs from my old CD into MP3 format at high speed, unsupervised.

- Answer Yes, that is one of the main features of this unit. I think that it mainly plays MP3 files, but it may work with other file types also.....check the Sony website for more info.

- Answer Just 1 disc, no changer in it/ But even better....Put ALL your CDs on 1 Flash Drive & plug it into the USB port. Then you can change "discs" without having to risk scratching the discs nor having to store them.

QuestionPreset radio stationsThe description says there are 30 radio presets but I just purchased this item and the instructions included clearly say it has 3 radio presets. Is there something I'm missing or is the store providing misleading information?

- Answer Believe the 3 radio presets you are talking about are the three buttons on top of the boombox. These 3 buttons are for you to have quick access of your most favorite radio stations (up to 3). The 30 radio preset buttons are on the front of the boombox and you have to follow certain instructions in the owner's manual.

- Answer 4 watts total. I bought this and it was plenty load enough for all rooms in my house. For reference, my old 1994 Sony BoomBox which I paid $200+ for and had detachable speakers and used indoor and outdoors had the same wattage. I was surprised!

- Answer yeah i had the same problem. now i know it works on input mode only. very misleading with the title bluetooth. bought some sony Bt headphones too and they wont work with it.

QuestionBought this recently. How the heck can I turn it off? I did what the manual said, hit power button. (duh!) But all I get is "standby" mode. What could I possibly have done to cause it, and how do I undo it? TY!

- Answer Mine does the same. I think only if you unplug it does that go away. Like many appliances, without unplugging it uses a bit of electricity after pressing power to OFF. My coffee pot would keep the time, but I keep unplugging it.

QuestionI was wanting to give a gift of a device that could offer continuous soothing music (hours worth like what I see available on utube). Would this work and any advice on how I can set this up? I am somewhat tech disabled. Thanks in advance

- Answer Hi adom, this Boombox will be the perfect gift as it is capable of playing music continuously. Continuous music playback will depend on how the music was recorded on the disc, or you may always use its repeat play function.
