Can you go directly to a selection without cycling through previous items I want to use this player to listen to old time radio programs on MP3 disks.. Can you go directly to the selection you want on the disk or must you cycle through all previous items to get to the one you want?

Although I have not tried this, it looks like it might work.....It displays (scrolls) the MP3 tag info and the folder names where they are located, so I think that you might be able to go through what is stored before starting the play of the file. Remember that this unit is not a computer and it does not have much of a display or a keyboard or mouse.
