Sure as long as you have a Stereo Tuner with the proper outputs. It requires a left, right, center and sub-woffer outputs. Some even have two more channels for left and right rear for large rooms.

The HT-S350 soundbar with a powerful wireless subwoofer doesn't support an additional speaker connection. And for the SS-CS3, this floor-standing Speaker usually connect to an amplifier or AV receiver that supports an impedance of 6 ohms and a standard speaker wire connection.
