• If your phone has a speaker option, yes, it will record what is begin said. i tested the device and it picks up normal speech fairly clearly within about 6 feet of the device.

• Yes, it will record phone conversations, as long as you have your phone on speaker !!!

• If your question is "will it record a phone conversation on speakerphone" the answer is yes, very well. If your question is can you plug it in to your phones little headset jack and record, then I'm not sure, but there are apps out there for that.
