Hi lala, Try to power reset the camera. Please remove the batteries for one full minute. Then re-insert the batteries and turn on the camera. Try to set the language, date and time again and see if the issue will be fixed. Make sure you are pressing the select button and nothing else saving your preferred setting. Regards, Vincent
