- Answer Me too. Mine died when I plugged it in with the provided USB cable. Sony couldn't resolve the issue over the phone so we returned it. You'd think that a modern computer and a modern camera would be plug and play. Not.

- Answer Low light it is from a 6 out of 10. The pixel frames on the night shots aren't as great as you would hope and the editing would overcome with just so much work. Again I'm speaking from a outside perspective.

Questioni bought SOny DSC-H300. I can’t set language, time and date. after entering this info and pressing OK, it says to go to Sony.Net for more info, that’s when I press ok and the camera switches off. I switch it back on and language, time date not saved.

- Answer Hi lala, Try to power reset the camera. Please remove the batteries for one full minute. Then re-insert the batteries and turn on the camera. Try to set the language, date and time again and see if the issue will be fixed. Make sure you are pressing the select button and nothing else saving your preferred setting. Regards, Vincent

- Answer Hi HosannaAnna, Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. The shortest shooting distance is approximately 1 cm (0.03 ft.) (W), 150 cm (4.92 ft.) (T) (from the lens). Macro mode may be automatically set for some shooting conditions. The Macro mode will essentially activate automatically. Thank you so much for your question. - Answer Hi Tyler, this model does not have 3.5mm jack for external microphone, it only has built in microphone. You would have to record the audio separately and use the video editing software to sync the audio and video in post.

- Answer Hello. Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. This camera uses 4 AA batteries. Can use rechargeable AA or non-rechargeable AA batteries. A new lens is not needed everyday, the DSCH300 comes with a fixed zoom lens. Thank you.

- Answer Hi, the webcam feature is not supported for this model. Please look at these models instead : DSC-HX95 or DSC-HX99.

- Answer Hi, arledgef! No. Check out different models that have a Wi-Fi function, like the DSC-HX400. You'll need to use the Imaging Edge Mobile app to send pictures to a smartphone, then share it via email. -Vincent
