• No, this is not possible with iPhone. There are tutorials online about how to do it, but you risk ruining your phone entirely.

• You can connect the controller to Samsung Galaxy phones using the special USB to C dongle and you can connect via Bluetooth to some phones if I remember correctly. Not sure about iPhone. As of last month, Fortnite was one of the games that did not support a PS4 controller on mobile. Ironically you can use an Xbox One controller on it though.

• No you cannot. It is only for PS4 and PC, with USB or Bluetooth software.
