Let's try to isolate and resolve this issue by following the troubleshooting steps below: Remove the batteries from the remote control to avoid sending unintentional signals to your device. Remove all connected components. If resolved, then one of the previously connected components is causing the issue. To determine what device is faulty, reconnect each component one at a time to your device. The Sound Bar may be in demo mode. To cancel demo mode, reset the Sound Bar. Press and hold – (volume down) and (power) on the Bar Speaker for more than 5 seconds.
