Hi Rancher1, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, it can be placed underneath your TV mount/stand. This soundbar's height is approximately 64 mm (2 5/8 in) so please make sure that there is enough clearance to place the soundbar under your TV. Hope this helps! -Sam
