Have the soundbar off and turn the tv. Then turn the soundbar on. They will sync up. Then when you turn the tv off again both will go off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi vrg, We regret to hear about this issue that you're having. To ensure that the soundbar turns on when you turn on your Samsung TV, please make sure that the "control for HDMI" function is turned on. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a SONY TV but had a similar issue. My soundbar worked initially when I plugged it in and connected to HDMI (ARC). Then somehow, in the SETTINGS I inadvertently changed audio setting to PCM. First check your connections to the ARC output. Second try online help, troubleshooting instructions. Sometimes you need to go into TV settings for Audio and try one of the other audio options.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
