“Hi I installed the sound bar with my sharp Roku tv Arc1 HDMI, it works perfectly with tv but when I playback ex. My iPhone on Bluetooth the tv has to be on if not it does not work. I set my pc also on Bluetooth it plays as long as the tv is on?? Thx”

Since your sound bar is paired to the tv, the tv must be on in order for it to work. I am unsure if you can pair to multiple devices but it would be worth a shot to find out. Try to pair it with your phone and see if it stays paired to the tv as well.
