“I have both the hdmi connected to an arc hdmi on my tv as well as the optical cable that comes with the soundbar. I seem to be getting an echo (hearing spoken words twice). Is there something I can do to eliminate the echo?”

• If you are connected to the HDMI ARC on the TV, disconnect the optical audio. You don’t need both. You only need to connect the optical if you don’t have ARC. By doing so, you’re sending and receiving 2 different audio outputs thus causing the echoing effect.
