Hi Drl95, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, you cannot get sound on the TV speakers and soundbar at the same time. You can check your TV manufacturer if your TV supports this feature. Trying out different pre-programmed sound mode options and enabling the Voice mode function are some of the steps to ensure optimal listening experience on this soundbar. Hope this helps! -Sam
