I have not tried it, but it may be possible via the toslink cable. I guess the real question is why would you want to? It is a 2.1 soundbar system with its own dedicated amp and a wireless sub-woofer. I could see it being used as a TV speaker supplement when you didn't want to run your full-blown AV system, but to buy it just to use is as a center speaker doesn't seem to make sense to me. If you are looking for a center channel speaker, there are tons of very nice sounding center channel speakers for far less money than this.
