“I just purchased this sound bar as well as a new 65in XR Sony TV and had best buy install it all yesterday but even with the volume turned all the way up, it isn't very loud. I am very disappointed about it. Is there anything that they maybe didn't adjust”

In advanced settings you need to change “advanced auto volume”to “automatically adjust to to input signal.” That will fix it. Sound is way better with that one change.
