“If I install this in a car that didn’t come stock with a USB port or AUX, will I still be able to play music though them? Without any addition wiring?”

Hi Ryan55, You need the USB port and the AUX to play music if you don't have both only the radio function will work. NOTE: Sony recommends that the installation is completed by a professional and qualified installer. There should be some reasonable precautions taken to install these products in an enclosure that will prevent any physical damage.
