“Is this truly satellite ready? I have a current subscription and will transfer it to this unit, but am not sure it will work. Is it capable by itself, or is something else required. Therefore the radio is "satellite capable", not "satellite ready".”

I don’t use it for satellite radio but it has the mode on the interface and a place for the antenna on the unit .
