Are there any other costs with “free” installation? null

At the very least you'll need a vehicle specific harness and an Antenna adapter. Depending on your vehicle, you may need a dash kit, steering wheel control module (also radio dependent), factory amp harness. You're better off going to your local store and checking with the AutoTech. Each vehicle is different.
