Can I exchange my Xbox 1 for a ps4? null

I have never tried trading in anything at Best Buy before, if that's what you're referring to, but I do know they sell refurbished products which would indicate some sort of sell back option. If you literally mean you want to go to the store with your XBox One and swap it for a PlayStation 4, no business, anywhere, would ever do that.
