• The console comes with a power supply which needs to be plugged in at all times during play/operation of the PS4!

• No it doesn't have a charger. The console comes with the adaptive to old in the wall. The controller has wireless capability but you need to purchase the wireless thing separately but it does have a cord to plug in console.

• The system included a USB cable that charges the controller from the face of the tower. If you let the controller go dead you can also use it connected while it is charging. Took us a minute to figure that out since no one in my house bothered to read the instructions first and couldn't figure out if it needed batteries and where they might go : )
