“Has anybody else had their pre-order cancelled because of a headset not being available? What did you do to resolve it? Is doing another pre-order the only option, and will it still come with a headset then?”

I pre-ordered the new PS4 slim uncharted 4 bundle just moments after it was listed in the BB website. Couple of days later, i was excited to see the wireless headset being added to the bundle. I called the BB customer care right away and I was assured the bundle just as listed. The recent developments here took me to my nearest BB store, where they refused to even acknowledge any such bundle being listed. My pre-order still hold good but without the wireless headset! I guess the snapshot of the listing attached will help BB guys refresh their memory!

They messed up by offering it in the first place, now they realize their mistake and have cancelled tons of preorders - purchases that were made specifically because the headset was included. They're also erasing any trace of that deal, since the page is gone and the link redirects to the regular PS4 Slim Uncharted 4 Bundle.
